Claus and the Lone Brothers cook every 2 weeks a particularly juicy smoked ham in a fully Riesenpot sauerkraut (only the best of bacon Lanzi in Phnom Penh is good enough for us!). The shank is then hung in the bar on the gallows and expertly shredded.
The "ham-eating" has now become one of the culinary highlights of Sihanoukville. It almost seems as if these parts are jades times smaller. In any case, the ham is always faster gnawed to the bone.

More or less just split portions are served with Claus' home-made! Sharp! Refined mustard. His secret recipe he wants to hear every defies like it or not. He says he hits just as clean a load of wasabi, the drive every diehard Bavaria tears in their eyes.

Obs all tastes?
Voracious silence at the table, "says" more than 1000 words. If all clean cut so the chef has once again been lucky and he's back for 2 weeks safe from abuse and slander worse.

Well, who's coming now, which is unfortunately too late. How heist so beautiful, "Who comes late to the bite the dog." With those all latecomers can then fight over the bones. But luckily there's still beer, and as always lots of fun in the booth, it is therefore not in vain.
