Claus and the Lone Brothers cook every 2 weeks a particularly juicy smoked ham in a fully Riesenpot sauerkraut (only the best of bacon Lanzi in Phnom Penh is good enough for us!). The shank is then hung in the bar on the gallows and expertly shredded.
The "ham-eating" has now become one of the culinary highlights of Sihanoukville. It almost seems as if these parts are jades times smaller. In any case, the ham is always faster gnawed to the bone.
More or less just split portions are served with Claus' home-made! Sharp! Refined mustard. His secret recipe he wants to hear every defies like it or not. He says he hits just as clean a load of wasabi, the drive every diehard Bavaria tears in their eyes.
Obs all tastes?
Voracious silence at the table, "says" more than 1000 words. If all clean cut so the chef has once again been lucky and he's back for 2 weeks safe from abuse and slander worse.

There are now more than 25 days past the new year and we do not have written anything new in, so it's at the time.
At first everyone a happy new year from us.
A lot has happened with us, we had a visit from their brethren in England, see the pictures have been great party at Christmas and New Year.
Unfortunately, our Secretary fürAlex the year has not started quite as well. Ca.25km from Phnom Penh it is a cow gelatscht before his motorcycle. Since the whole process happened in a hollow About now he was faced with the choice either to submit to just about caught under the truck and take it to the cow horns. The short-term decision as bad for the cow is down, of course somehow by itself, however, he had but very much a blessing in disguise, and he got it off better than the cattle, that, when leaving the accident scene still KO was down. It's all fine and his re mitihm Motorrad.Vor meet a couple we made a trip to see the pictures of Kampot, Kampot is a beautiful coastal town about 100km west of Sihanoukville. The day after, were the Jesters with us to visit a friend of MC. from Thailand, our Road Captain, they have picked up on the border with Thailand, unfortunately, there was also an accident at the Jesters, but he was lucky, we all good again.
Since our Secretary is a danger to the local cow population and he is usually the one who gets off better than his other accident participants we have decided to put up a test for all the fearless bikers who attempt to take on the Cambodian highways and all the ever-existing dangers.
Please make sure that you succeed in following the reaction time tested before attempting to ride any vehicle on Cambodian roads.
