Claus and the Lone Brothers cook every 2 weeks a particularly juicy smoked ham in a fully Riesenpot sauerkraut (only the best ham from Lanzi in Phnom Penh is us well enough). The shank is then hanged on the gallows in the bar and expertly shredded.
The "ham-eating" has now become one of the culinary highlights of Sihanoukville. It almost seems as if these parts are jades times smaller. In any case, the ham is always faster gnawed to the bone.
More or less equitable split portions are served with Claus' home-made! Sharp! Refined mustard. He betrays his secret love each wants to hear it or not. He says he hits just as purely a load of wasabi, the drive every diehard Bavaria tears in their eyes.
Obs all tastes?
Voracious silence at the table, "says" more than 1000 words. If all pack a punch so the cook has once again been lucky and he's back for 2 weeks safe from abuse and slander worse.
